The site “The Most Honest Observer” started working in Ufa at 20 o ‘clock and one may become acquainted with information, placed on it, to the address: http://schn.su/ufa.
The site contains information about the course of the presidential elections at the election stations in Bashkiria in real-time mode. This data is sent to the site by the independent observers, controlling the elections today. This information can be different from the data, provided by the Central Electoral Commission RB.
The public movement “The Most Honest Observer” was founded in the Republic for gaining maximal transparency during voting process and calculation of votes in the course of the March presidential elections on the territory of Ufa. The essence of the idea is quite simple. As a rule, observers at elections stations are representatives of these or those political parties, i.e. people, interested in the results and one can’t rely upon their objectivity. The group of activists, headed by well-known human rights advocate Edward Murzin, decided that independetn observers should monitor the elections. During the whole voting day the independent observers were watching the elections absolutely free, as opposed to observers from political parties and candidates.
