Multifunctional centers for rendering public services, working on “one window” principle, will be opened in 10 towns of Bashkiria in 2012, the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov has stated, talking before deputies of State Council RB today.
According to him the rise of public services’ quality and converting of a part of these services into electronic format is considered one of the top priority aims of the regional leadership in 2012.
At present time elaboration of administrative regulations for rendering public services is running in the Republic but less than a half of these regulations meet the requirements of federal legislation.
“We continue improving state informational systems – the register and the portal of state and municipal services” – Rustem Khamitov reported – “At present time 17 departments and 35 municipalities are connected to the register but still in the test mode. The electronic portal contains more than 400 various public services”.
Rustem Khamitov also told that Bashkortostan was included in the list of Russian regions, where the work for making technological cards of electronic interdepartmental interaction started. Within the help of such cards more than 150 state and municipal services expected to be optimized in 2012. The whole scope of works for organization of interdepartmental electronic interaction should be completed before July 1, 2012.
