Bashkortostan has appropriated five billion rubles for development of trans-Ural zone

Within the frames of the program for development of trans-Ural zone Bashkortostan has appropriated more than 5 billion rubles in 2011. 3,5 billions have been invested in development of various investment projects and 1,5 billion – in social infrastructure. The measures undertaken have helped to open more than 1,6 thousand new workplaces, the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov reported, taking the floor with the summary report concerning activity of Bashkir Government n 2011 before the State Council RB.

He has also told about the program for development of northeastern regions of the Republic, approved at the end of 2011. Means for its development will be appropriated in 2012. At that more than 400 million rubles expected to allocate for construction of transport infrastructure in this zone of Bashkiria till the end of 2012.

One more special program works in the Republic — the program for support of mono-towns and the plan for modernization of the town of Beloretsk is approved within its frames. The federal budget will allocate 80 million rubles for these purposes.
