The Russian Ministry for economic development determined the average market cost of one square meter of housing. For Republic of Bashkortostan it reaches 28650 rubles for the first quarter of the year. This normative is kept at such level since July 2011.
The highest showing in Volga federal district is in Nizhniy Novgorod region – 33000 rubles and the lowest is determined in Saratov region – 23750 rubles. The average cost of one square meter in the country amounts to 31300 rubles.
The Russian Ministry for regional development approves the average market cost of one square meter of housing for every region of Russia every quarter and this parameter is used exclusively for calculation of the amounts of state social payments, meant for acquisition of housing. It is given on average for every region and equalizes capitals, other cities and regions in Russian Federation.
