Rustem Khamitov has taken part in the ceremony of introduction of a new Plenipotentiary of the President of Russia in Volga federal district
On January 13 the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov has taken part in the ceremony of introduction of a new Plenipotentiary of the President of Russia in Volga federal district Michael Babitch in Nizhniy Novgorod. The head of the Russian Presidential Administration Sergey Ivanov introduced the new Plenipotentiary to the regional governors.
“The President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev ordered the plenipotentiaries to keep the problems, which the majority of Russian citizens worry about, under close control, undertaking immediate and efficient measures, if necessary” – Sergey Ivanov said – “First of all we mean fuel prices, prices for medicine and problems with technical checkup of cars. These problems should be monitored by the governors too in the most thorough way”.
Sergey Ivanov has also mentioned that the assistance to regional governors in solution of everyday social and economic problems is the direct liability of the plenipotentiaries.
“It’s a great honor for me to introduce the President of Russian Federation in Volga federal district” – Michael Babitch said – “The country is standing on the brink of great changes and today we have all opportunities for further development”.
The President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev appointed Michael Babitch the Plenipotentiary of the President RF in Volga federal district on December 15, 2011, the public affairs service of the President RB reports.
