New head of the Russian Emergencies Ministry's main Directorate in Republic of Bashkortostan is appointed

In accordance with the decree of the President of Russia from December 17, 2011, Valerie Khisamutdinov is appointed the head of the Russian Emergencies Ministry's Main Directorate in Republic of Bashkortostan. He is a colonel of internal service since 2005, earlier held the office of the deputy head of the Directorate. He has become the first deputy since October 2010 and since April 2011 was the acting head of the Directorate.

For the reference: Valerie Khisamutdinov was born on May 1, 1960, in Sterlitamac. In 1977 he has graduated the Suvorov military college in Kazan. In 1981 he has finished the higher military academy in Novosibirsk with honors. In 1981-1999 he was on the army service in Baikal and Volga military districts. In 1995 he has finished the Humanitarian Academy of the Armed Forces with honors and the golden medal.
