Builders of Bashkiria have taken part in all-Russian building-investment forum

The all-Russian building-investment forum-2011 is over in Moscow. It was called to unite the interests of investors from Russia and foreign countries and to make an efficient dialogue between the state and business. About 5000 specialists and 500 companies were present at the forum. Along with the business program the presentation of regional investment projects  and the exhibition of building and finishing materials have taken place too. Delegation of Bashkortostan, headed by the chairman of the state committee RB for building and architecture Khalit Makhmudov was also present at the forum.

The all-Russian gathering, initiated by the Russian Ministry for regional development “The building complex is the locomotive in development of Russian economics” has become the key event of the first day of the forum. The Minister for regional development of Russia Viktor Basargin has taken the floor with the report about situation in the building branch for ten months of 2011. Totaling the work balance the Minister has reported that the volume of building works increased by 4,7% up to 3,8 billion rubles, practically reaching the pre-crisis level. The number of people, working in the branch, increased by 198 thousand, reaching3,1 million or 6,6% of all people, working in sphere of Russian economics. The Minister has already reminded that one work place in the building branch gives work to ten employees from the adjacent branches and that undoubtedly favorably affects the economic development of the country in a whole.

For ten months of 2011 15,8 thousand flats with the total area more than 1,4 million square meters have been put into exploitation on the territory of Bashkortostan – 103,2% to the corresponding period of time in 2010. The individual developers have built up 10,4 thousand private cottages with the total area 1,1 million square meters and their share in the overall dwelling input made up 77,9%.
