The rector of the Bashkir State Agrarian University, specialists of the company “NERAL-MATRIX” and one student of the Bashkir State Agrarian University have taken part in the all-Russian forum “Rural Youth is the Future of Agrarian Russia”, held in the town of Pushkin, Leningrad region, the press-service of the Ministry for agriculture RB reports.
Within the frames of the forum the rectors of Russian agrarian institutes were meeting the Minister for agriculture of Russia Elena Skrynnik. The Minister was also communicating with the activists of the student self-government of the agricultural institutes.
Elena Skrynnik has summed up the preliminary results of Russian agriculture in 2011, ventilated the strategic priorities of the branch for the period till 2020 within the frames of a new state program and told in details about state measures for backing of rural youth and beginning farmers.
Bashkir authorities are also doing much in this direction. Thus, the decree of the President RB concerning support of staffing potential in Bashkiria acts since 2009. The one-time grant for young agricultural specialists with higher education amounts to 100 thousand rubles and with secondary professional education – to 60 thousand rubles. The graduates of the Bashkir institutes receive 7 thousand rubles monthly.
The federal goal-oriented program “Social development of rural areas till 2013” is successfully developed in the Republic and more than 5,2 billion rubles was already allocated for it. More than 5 thousand families in the rural zones of Bashkiria managed to improve their living conditions thanks to this program.
