The Russian Central Election Committee approved the text of the bulletin for the forthcoming State Duma elections. The bulletins have to be printed not later than 22 days before the voting, RIA “NOVOSTI” reports.
“The size of the bulletin is 420x210mm and in ten Russian regions the bulletin will be printed in two languages (one Russian and one national) and in three regions (Bashkiria, Kalmykia and Buryatia) the bulletin will be completely translated into the national languages” — the secretary of the Russian Central Election Committee Nikolai Konkin reported.
22 days before the voting the bulletins have to be printed and introduced to the election commissions. For voting abroad the bulletins were passed for printing immediately after approval of the text, since it was necessary to introduce them to the Russian Ministry of foreign affairs for further spreading before November 10.
Besides, the Central Election Committee has approved the schedule for distribution of free TV and radio time between the political parties also at the meeting on Tuesday.
