The V all-Russian conference “Ethnoses and cultures of Volga-Ural zone: history and up-to-dateness” started working at the Institute for ethnological investigations under the Ufa Scientific Center today. It is held by the Institute's Young Scientists Council within the frames of the program “Support of Young Scientists”.
Young researchers from Cheboksary, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Samara, Magnitogorsk, Ufa and other Russian cities are taking part in it.
Participants of the conference will discuss actual problems of inter-cultural interaction, preservation of the historical-cultural heritage in Volga-Ural zone, social-economic and political history of Russia and its regions and the role of young scientists in development of Russian science.
