The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov goes on meeting the heads of the Republican rural settlements. The previous meeting of the President RB with the heads of rural settlements of Bakalinsky and the neighboring regions has taken place on October 6.
Today, October 14, the President RB was communicating with the heads of rural settlements of five Bashkir regions: Blagoveshensky, Nurimanovsky, Mishkinsky, Kushnarenkovsky and Birsky. This is already the third such gathering and eight gatherings are scheduled in a whole.
“These gatherings are principally important for me” — the President of Bashkortostan underscored – Because the most important things occur in the regions. You work with people and know all their needs”.
The President of Bashkortostan has mentioned that the Republic needs dynamics and the change in approaches to everyday life.
“We live together in good Republic” — he stated — “And our people are good and hard-working, competent and well-educated”.
At the same time life is moving forward and demands certain changes. The region possesses everything for further progress.
The President RB has underscored that Bashkortostan is different with suitable dislocation, rich natural resources and wonderful nature. Big industrial enterprises were established here in the Soviet times. At present time the Republic collects about 300 billion rubles of taxes and about a half stays in the region. But for further progress it is already not enough. Bashkortostan needs new modern productions, i.e. serious investors. But we have to make comfortable conditions for these investors first, since all 82 Russian regions are struggling for attraction of investments today.
The President RB told what has been done in 2011, highlighted the points of growth in economics and the projects, which have to become a reality in the Republic in the nearest future. In particular, one of the techno-parks will be opened in Blagoveshensk.
“We should become efficient not in the words but in deeds. We have to stop lying to our people and have to start working because our problems won't be solved on their own”.
“If we want to see stable progress, we have to change ourselves first” — the President of Bashkortostan concluded, talking to the heads of rural settlements.
