Bashkortostan may figure on additional finances for development of high-tech medicine in its region within the frames of the “United Russia” party project “High-tech operations”. It should be reminded that the Russian Government intends to allocate additionally 2,5 billion rubles for financing of this program. In the first turn the project anticipates the shortening of the number of patients, which need high-tech medical care.
The deputy Prime-Minister of the Government RB Fidus Yamaltdinov reported at the last governmental gathering that the Minister of health protection RB George Shebaev was appointed the regional coordinator of the project. In opinion of the Vice-Premier the project is very important for Bashkortostan. At present time the Republic possesses real base, personnel and conditions, necessary for widening of the high-tech medical care and, correspondingly, the means for financing this medical care, as M-r Yamaltdinov considers.
