More than one million square meters of housing was put into exploitation in Bashkortostan for eight months of the year and tenement houses made up more than one third of it. Till the end of the year it is planned to erect and put into exploitation 2,1 million square meters of housing and by 2015 the volume of the housing input should increase twice, amounting to already 3,7 million square meters.
At the same time the problems of Bashkir developers are still solved poorly.
“The main problems we are facing and have to solve are the absence of floating assets at our building enterprises, low purchasing capacity of our population, the absence of ready-made sites for construction, high bank credits and the absence of solid gamers in the building branch” – the chairman of the state building and architecture committee Khalit Makhmudov says.
In this case the matter is the big building companies, which annual circulation reaches several dozens billion rubles and thanks to it they can erect the whole micro-districts. There are the examples of such big-scaled construction in Russian regions and Tatarstan and Sverdlovsk regions are the nearest.
In Bashkortostan the building branch is kept today exclusively on small companies, having no floating assets and no chances to take credits in banks. Finally it adversely affects the rates and volumes of construction works in the region.
