The 41st session of the State Council-Kurultay-RB is held in Ufa today, headed by its chairman Constantine Tolkatchev.
The agenda of the autumn session’s first day includes more than 30 questions. The parliamentarians intend to consider 29 bills and 10 bills are offered to be passed in a whole, such as “The budget of the Republican Obligatory Medical Insurance Fund-2011”, “Tourist activity in Republic of Bashkortostan”, “Corporate property tax in Republic of Bashkortostan” and others.
Three bills – “The control of the State Council-Kurultay-RB over execution of laws in Republic of Bashkortostan”, “The measures for provision of foodstuffs quality and safety in Republic of Bashkortostan” and “Organization and activity of the centers for timber receiving and shipping” will be discussed in the first reading.
