The Bashkir State Agrarian University holds the first place among Russian agrarian institutes according to the results of the unified state exam-2011

Within the frames of the joint project, initiated by the Higher School of Economics and RIA “NOVOSTI” Public control over enrolment in institutes as a condition for provision of equal access to education”, ordered by the Russian Public Chamber, the specialists of the Higher School of Economics monitored state Russian institutes by the level of the school-leavers, enrolled in. The rate on the average unified state exam’s point on all state institutes of the country was prepared on the base of this monitoring.

The Bashkir State Agrarian University holds the first place in the rate with 66,4 points among agrarian institutes of the country. The State Agrarian University of Kuban (63,1), The Russian State Agrarian University (62,9), the State Agrarian University of Stavropol (62,9) and Ivanovo State Agricultural Academy are found in the Top 5.

The Moscow State University holds the first place in the rate among classical institutes of the country with the average point 84,6. The Bashkir State University holds the 15th position with 69,3 points.

The State Social-Pedagogical Academy from Birsk is also in the three of the leaders in the rate of higher education institutions. Here the average point is equal to 66,6 points. The leader – the Russian State Pedagogical University by A.I. Gerzen has the average point 68,1.

The Moscow Physical-Technical Institute is the leader among technical institutes with 90 points. The Russian State University of oil and gas by I.M. Gubkin stands on the second line with 82 points and the Ufa State Oil Technical University is on the third position with 79,2 points. The Ufa State Aviation Technical University is on the seventh position with 74,3 points.

The rate of the Russian institutes by the average exam’s point shows with what knowledge the school-leavers-2011 entered the budget vacancies at state institutes. The rate includes 525 institutes.
