Two big territories for future techno-parks are determined in Bashkortostan and both are located not far from Ufa. The first one with 150 hectares of lands is located near Blagoveshensk, behind the Ufa heat station. The second territory at 500 hectares is located near the village Milovka.

“It will be well-prepared modern sites, supplied with heat, water, electricity and good roads, other words, with everything one needs for active work. The industrial objects will be located near Blagoveshensk and the high-tech ones – near Milovka and the heat station N5. At present time there are more than 50 such projects in our list of the top priority projects. Unfortunately we are still facing certain fragmentation, the presence of many innovational groups, existing on their own and that doesn’t permit us to work up a final product. We have to consolidate our efforts in order to make these projects more or less successful” – the deputy Prime-Minister of the Government RB, the Minister of industry and innovational policy of Bashkortostan Marat Mulukov considers.
