The direct flight from Ufa to Tel-Aviv starts in October and presentation of the new flight “Ufa-Tel-Aviv” has taken place in the conference-hall of the international airport “Ufa” today with participation of the head of the state committee RB for transport and road economy Oleg Gilev, the director of the air company “UTAIR-Ufa” Dmitry Toropov, the chief rabbi of Bashkortostan and Ufa Dan Kritchevsky and the leading PR-specialist of the international airport “Ufa” Tagir Mukhametschin.
As Dmitry Toropov reported, there will be one flight a week but if the number of passengers goes up, the company is ready to launch two flights a week. All flights will be served by a comfortable “Boeing” with 114 seats.
Dan Kritchevsky called this day a holiday, because the dream of his colleagues and compatriots about direct flight to Tel-Aviv became a reality at last. Now citizens of Israel may visit Bashkortostan without problems, especially since the non-visa mode between Russia and Israel is valid.
The flight from Ufa to Tel-Aviv will take about four hours and the difference in time is three hours.
