The agreement for development of milk industry RB is signed today, September 3, in Ufa at the all-Russian festival “Milky Country-2011”. The document is signed by the Minister of agriculture of Russia Elena Skrynnik and the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov.
The agreement is worked up within the frames of the federal sub-program for development of agriculture and regulation of the agricultural and food markets in 2008-2012. The document presumes realization of the concrete measures for development of milk industry in our region and, in particular, it will help to make the Republican goal-oriented program “Development of milk cattle-breeding and increase of milk output: complex modernization of 500 milk farms in Republic of Bashkortostan in 2012-2016” a reality.
The complex audit of the milk branch will be made in Bashkortostan and after that 100 milk farms will be opened in the Republic every year during five years. The reconstruction of the milk farms, erected 30-50 years ago, is scheduled too. At least two comfortable apartments for the workers will be erected at every farm. The experience of Bashkortostan on collection of milk surpluses from private auxiliary farmings will be recommended for the use in other regions. It is forecasted that development of all these directions will give a chance to raise the milk industry in Bashkortostan on qualitatively new level.
The signed agreement can exemplify how the development of the milk branch should be realized by the example of one region – the Republic of Bashkortostan.
