Vice-Premier Marat Mulukov is appointed the Ministry of industry and innovational policy RB
In accordance with the decree of the President RB Rustem Khamitov Marat Musaevitch Mulukov is appointed a deputy Prime-Minister of the Government RB – the Minister of industry and innovational policy RB. In accordance with the same decree Marat Mulukov is dismissed from earlier occupied post of a deputy Prime-Minister of the Government RB.
Marat Mulukov was born on April 2, 1974, in Ufa.
In 1996 he has finished the economic faculty at the Bashkir State University with the specialty “Banking” (with red diploma).
In 2000 he has finished the faculty of foreign languages and in 2001 – the magistracy program in sphere of public management at the Duquesne University (Pittsburg, the USA) and worked on probation in the Research Center “Heritage” (Washington, the USA).
He has passed the way from an employee of the international bank to the director of the Center for innovational activity management of “ROSATOM” “Atom-Innovations”.
In 2004-2005 he was working as a consultant of the advisor of the Chairman of the Russian Government.
In 2006-2008 he was working the director of the federal state unitary enterprise “TSNIIATOMINFORM”.
He was engaged in inculcation of innovational projects, elaboration and expert examination of federal strategies and programs, formation of policy and practical measures for development of innovational activity in atomic sphere.
Since 2009 he was the director of JSC “Scientific-Research Institute of technical physics and automation”.
In 2011 he was appointed a deputy Prime-Minister of the Government RB.
