JSC “BASHINFORMSVYAZ” will develop itself under “ROSTELECOM”

Some days ago the shareholders of JSC “BASHINFORMSVYAZ” had stopped the commissions of the acting board of directors before the appointed time and chose its new staff.

Five representatives of “ROSTELECOM” are included in the new staff of JSC “BASHINFORMSVYAZ” board of directors (Salavat Gaisin, Alexander Davydenko, Alexander Kolesnikov, Dmitry Proskura and Oleg Senkov) as well as one representative of the Federal Agency for State Property Management (Victoria Chernousova) and the Ministry of communication and mass communications RF (Denis Afanasiev), “SVYAZINVEST” (Vadim Semenov), the Minister of communication and mass communications RB Boris Melkoedov and the deputies Minister of land and property relations RB Veronica Urvantseva and Peter Tsisin. The press-service of the company reports the former general director of JSC “BASHINFORMSVYAZ” Salavat Gaisin reserved the post of the head of the board of directors for himself.

“The 19-year period of the company’s self-dependent development is over and now its destiny will be solved by “ROSTELECOM” in Moscow” – Salavat Gaisin said.

It should be noted that JSC “BASHINFORMSVYAZ” is considered the main communication provider in Republic of Bashkortostan.

In the beginning of 2011 “ROSTELECOM” has bought 40% of “BASHINFORMSVYAZ” shares in at 3,64 billion rubles. In accordance with the decree of the President of Russia the federal share holding of the company (29,3%) should be transferred to the authorized capital stock of “SVYAZINVEST” (the main shareholder of “ROSTELECOM”). The Ministry of land and property relations RB remains the minoritary of “BASHINFORMSVYAZ” with 18,5% of its shares.
