The average level of prices for housing in Russia makes up 54327 rubles for one square meter. This is the data of the housing index “Russia 33”, which demonstrates the level of prices in 33 biggest Russian cities with the population 500 thousand people and more. Moscow and Saint-Petersburg don’t take part in the rate. Ufa holds the 11th place in the list with the price 46800 rubles for one square meter.
The analysts of the realty agencies network “The Expert” report the capital of Bashkortostan keeps stability. If in spring the rise of prices had been registered in the majority of the cities in the European part of Russia, so in summer the rise of prices was observed only in Siberia. The seasonal character becomes apparent stronger in the northern regions and the cost of one square meter there is always high.
The realty analysts calculate the average offer price, i.e. the seller’s price. At present time the real bargaining varies within the limits of 5-15% towards either reduction or increase depending upon the region and the kind of housing. The specialists fail to monitor the cost of the deals because this information is closed, so only the offer prices in the realty market are analyzed by them.
