The President of Bashkortostan became acquainted with low-height building up in the suburb of Kaluga

The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov became acquainted wit the project of mass low-height building up in the village Voskresenskoe near Kaluga, the public affairs service of the President RB reports.

This state-private partnership project of regional significance is developed by “The Investment Company Voskresenskoe” with the assistance of Kaluga regional Government and the Ministry of regional development of Russia. The project is developed near Kaluga in close proximity to the techno-park “Grabtsevo”, in which the company “Volkswagen Rus Group” is the anchor enterprise. Within the frames of the project 1,5 thousand individual cottages and tenement-houses with the total area more than 130 thousand hectares and the objects of administrative-trade and social destination, including the 630-seat general education school and three kindergartens are erected on this territory.

Rustem Khamitov was interested in the cost of such housing. As it turned out one square meter in the individual cottages, fully ready for exploitation, made up 30-37 thousand rubles. Therefore the cost of the entire cottage makes up 1,8-2,2 million rubles depending on the project. Besides, the enterprises, working in the industrial park, take part in subsidizing of the housing rent for their workers, having no their own floor space.
