Bashkir projects for construction of economic-class housing are approved by Russian Ministry of regional development

The state building and architecture committee RB has introduced four projects for construction of accessible economic-class housing to the Russian Ministry of regional development for further perfection of the state-private partnership mechanisms with the purpose of their participation in the Investment Program, launched by VNESHECONOMBANK. The press-service of the committee reports all these projects were approved on the federal level.

These projects are the “Cottage Settlement UMPO” in Kalininsky district of Ufa (218 thousand square meters), the residential area “YARKI” in Demsky district (780 thousand), the residential area “The Quarter 570” (37,5 thousand) and the residential area “The micro-district 13” in the town of Neftekamsk (94,17 thousand square meters). These projects are called to attract cheaper project financing and to develop the programs of state-private partnership.
