11 new kindergartens will be put into exploitation in Bashkortostan till the end of the year, the Minister of education Alfis Gayazov reported in the course of the governmental gathering, devoted to the shortage of places in kindergartens and held in Ufa yesterday. According to him the number of kindergartens will be steadily enlarged. Six kindergartens will be opened in Ufa, two in Burziansky region RB, one in Iglinsky region and one – in Sibay. Within the frames of the Republican goal-oriented investment program other 11 kindergartens will be erected in 2011 and other 10 — designed. 12 kindergartens will be put into operation in 2012.
“Only 29 kindergartens for 1170 places have been into exploitation in 2001-2007” – the Minister reported ‘ “While the number of children increased from 8000 to 42000. The system of pre-school education turned out to be not ready to the demographic splash. At present time almost 70 thousand people stand in the queue for receiving the permits to kindergartens”.
