The public hearings on “National Budget” within the frames of the all-Russian National Front’s project are going on in Ufa. The debates concerning the projects in sphere of business undertakings have taken place on July 14 at the Ufa State Academy of economics and service with participation of the “National Budget” project regional manager, the deputy Chairman of the State Council RB Rafael Zinnurov, the chairman of the state business undertakings and tourism committee RB Ruslan Kinzikeev, deputies of the Republican parliament, representatives of Republican ministries and public communities.
“At present time special attention is paid to small business both on the Republican level and on the level of Russia in a whole. According to information of the Bashkir State Statistics Committee more than 136,5 thousand business companies worked in the region in 2010 in all directions of economic activity. Bashkortostan stands in the Top 10 of the best Russian regions and in the Top 3 in Volga federal district by the main indices of activity of small business” – the head of the state business undertakings and tourism committee stated.
The measures, able to improve the situation in sphere of business undertakings, have been considered within the frames of the hearings. The proposals came in fr om business people and representatives of public organizations. The cost of some projects amounts to several dozens million rubles.
Thus, the deputy of Ufa Council Olga Odinokova has suggested that the business passport of the region should be worked up and ten million rubles is required for that. In her opinion the information concerning potentials and prospects of the Bashkir territories is vitally important. Here the demographic, economic and geographic aspects have to be indicated. It is necessary for attraction of investments.
The head of the Bashkir Republican organization under the all-Russian Society of invalids Rinat Manurov offered the project for placing more than 400 people with disabilities in a job. This organization unites more than 30 thousand invalids in the Republic.
“For today there are about 40 specialized enterprises, wh ere about one thousand invalids work” – he reported – “About ten years ago the number of working invalids exceeded 6 thousand. The abolition of tax preferences has adversely affected these indices. In spite of the difficulties all these enterprises are profitable but unfortunately we can’t enlarge the number of workplaces for these people. At present time we are ready to purchase necessary equipment within the limits of 56 million rubles, to repair the available facilities and thereby to open about 500 new workplaces just at our own enterprises”.
Taking the actuality of the abovementioned problem into account it was decided to continue the public hearings in several days.
