The volume of state backing for future harvest insurance s increased three times in 2011, as compared with 2010. 108 million rubles is allocated in Bashkortostan for that from federal and Republican budgets – 79 and 29 million rubles correspondingly.

“The experience of two last years shows the agrarians can’t do without harvest insurance” – the deputy Minister of agriculture RB Ramil Nuriakhmetov said. The deputy Prime-Minister recommended those agrarians, who had no means to insure the whole future harvest – on average one hectare costs 1000 rubles – to insure at least the crops, subjected to risks most of all.
