Bashkortostan was one of the best Russian regions on holding the last heating season in the country. The Russian Ministry of regional development summed up the totals of the regional authority’s efficiency in holding the autumn-winter season 2010-2011. As it turned out, Bashkortostan stands on the honorable second position in this list. The index of its efficiency is 0,971 – same as the leader of the federal rate – Tyumen region – has.
As for our neighbors, Orenburg region holds the sixth position in this rate, Chelyabinsk region – only the 35th, Republic of Tatarstan – the 38th, Ulyanovsk region – the 42nd, Nizhniy Novgorod region – the 47th and Samara region – the 59th position.
