5,5 billion rubles was allocated for education system from Ufa budget in 2010. At the same time the city has spent just 503 million for national security and law-enforcement activity – 11 times less. This information was announced by the head of the territorial financial department under the Ministry of finances RB on the territory of Ufa Ilgiz Nasyrtdinov.
Education has traditionally eaten the lion’s share of the budget – about 35%. Housing and communal services weren’t cheap too. 3,9 billion have been spent for it. 2,8 billion have been spent by the city for health system, physical culture and sport. More than one billion rubles has been spent for so-called “National questions”. At the same time just 286 million have been spent for culture, cinematography and mass-media, taken together.
In a whole the revenues of Ufa budget made up about 15,9 billion rubles in 2010 and the expenses – 15,5 billion. Personal income tax (4,4 billion rubles), the incomes from the use of municipal property (more than two billion) and the intakes from budget of another levels (6,4 billion) were the main sources for budget filling.
