Ufa will become a pioneer of the administrative reform on the territory of Bashkortostan. Here the first in the Republic multifunctional public and municipal service center will be opened.
As the head of Ufa administration Paul Kachkaev reported at the last governmental meeting, the main problem the city faces today is the choice of the appropriate building for the future center. In order all services would be on the appropriate level and people wouldn’t stand in queues during more than 15 minutes, as it is determined by the reform, the area of such center should be at least 800 square meters. At present time there is no such building in the municipal property of the city.
Paul Kachkaev suggested that a building of one of Ufa institutes should be used for the center.
“This building is located in the center of the city on the October Avenue and this is the ideal site for the center” – the Ufa Mayor said – “But since the length of Ufa is great, we have to establish other two sub-centers in the northern and the southern parts of the city with the area 200-300 square meters each. The city is able to find such apartments self-dependently”.
