Rustem Khamitov: “Teacher’s wages will be raised by 30% in Bashkortostan beginning from September 1”

“Teacher’s wages will be raised by 30%” – the President RB Rustem Khamitov has stated at the meeting with pedagogues in the village Krasnousolsky, Gafuriisky region RB. According to the President RB the federal budget will allocate almost 750 million rubles for financing the education system in Bashkiria. Besides, Bashkir authorities intend to allocate other 300 million rubles for these purposes. Therefore one billion rubles will be spent for teacher’s wages. The first payments will start on September 1, 2011. As a result, every pedagogue will receive 30% or 6 thousand rubles as extra charges.

In 2012 the federal budget will allocate 60 billion rubles for the regions and according to preliminary calculations the Republican share has to be about 2 billion rubles, so the rise of teacher’s wages will be continued next year.
