The Russian Federation’s Ministry of education and science announced the second competition for the grants of the Russian Government for leading scientists, busy with scientific investigations at Russian institutes. The grants are allocated at the rate of 150 million rubles each for scientific researches in 2011-2013.
The main aims of the researches, conducted under control of leading scientists at the Russian institutes are: opening of the international class scientific laboratories at the institutes; receiving scientific results of the world level; training of highly qualified specialists; transfer of promising designs in economics.
Russian and foreign leading scientists, occupying leading positions in definite spheres of science, may become the participants of the competitions. There are no limitations on citizenship and residence. The winners of the first competition can’t take part in the second one.
The applications should be either in Russian and English languages or only in English.
The preliminary planned date of summing up the results is October 1, 2011.
