For the last week the average secondary real estate offer price in Ufa dropped by 0,3%, making up 46,04 thousand rubles now. In the segment of two-room flats the prices dropped by 0,7% and prices for one- and three-room flats went up by 0,2 and 0,1% correspondingly. The flats with more than three rooms have become by 1,5% more expensive.
The realty agencies network “The Expert” reports the cheapest one-room 38-square-meter flat in the city is offered at 1150 thousand rubles. The most expensive four-room 230-square-meter flat in Kirov Street costs 18 million rubles.
The most expensive out-of-town cottage, displayed for sale, has the area 450 square meters and offered at 20 million rubles.
