Turkish realty is still attractive for Russians
The “Salon of foreign property” will become one of the new projects at the forthcoming exhibition “Realty Spring-2011” in Ufa. The interest in foreign realty was always high in our Republic. Representatives of Bulgaria, Cyprus, the Great Britain, Turkey, Spain and Egypt were the participants of many previous exhibitions.
One of the present participants of the exhibition, the General Director of the company “Unix” (Saint-Petersburg) Oleg Chernobylsky says there are many peculiarities in behavior of Russian buyers when choosing foreign realty.
“The wait-and-see attitude with the expectations of the price drop is one of such peculiarities” – he mentioned – “This tactics was absolutely reasonable several years ago. But today the crisis in the majority of foreign countries is over and one has to understand that only the objects, which can be sold out badly in principle, become cheaper and high-quality always have good prices. Besides, Russian buyers try to do everything without realtors. The desire to save money is quite understandable but it is pregnant with the problems even in the countries, where the letter of law is held sacred and in Turkey or Egypt such actions are simply dangerous”.
At the same time Oleg Chernobylsky has underscored that realty in Turkey remains one of the most stable markets thanks to rather low prices. Within the frames of the project the visitors of the exhibition may become acquainted with the offers and buy the realty in such countries as Montenegro, Bulgaria, Spain, France, Greece, Turkey and others.
