For the last week the average second-hand housing offer price in the capital RB has increased by 0,3% and makes up 46,04 thousand rubles for one square meter now. The prices increased by 1% in the segment of one- and two-room flats. The flats with more than three rooms have become by 1,1% more expensive and at the same time the prices for three-room flats have dropped by 1,4%.
The realty agencies network “The Expert” reports the cheapest three-room flat in Ufa is offered at 800 thousand rubles now (the area is 45 square meters). The most expensive four-room 230-square-meter flat in the very center of the city costs 18 million rubles.
The most expensive out-of-town 450-square-meter cottage, displayed for sale, is sold at 20 million rubles.
