The Second Congress of Russian Milk Producers will be opened today, March 14. It promises to gather the leading representatives of Russian milk plants in the Moscow all-Russian Exhibition Center (pavilion N7). The Vice-Premier of the Russian Government Viktor Zubkov, the Minister of agriculture RF Elena Skrynnik, the head of the Russian Agency for Health and Consumer Rights Gennady Onishenko and the head of the Byelorussian Ministry of agriculture and provisions Michael Rusy expected to take part in the forum.
Heads of profiled ministries and departments, representatives of regional authority and profiled committees of both chambers of the Federal Assembly RF and the main milk producers from Russia, Byelorussia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine are invited.
Three milk plants from Bashkortostan are officially taking part in work of the congress: JSC “ALLAT”, Meleuzovsky and Mesyagutovsky milk enterprises. They will take part both in the business program of the congress and in the various contests.
The participants of the congress intend to discuss the main problems of the Russian milk branch, the necessary measures of state backing in 2011-202 and the current forecasted situation in the milk market of the country.
