The exhibition “The Poet of Big Soul”, dated to the 90th anniversary of the Bashkir poet Faik Mukhametzyanov, is opened in the sector of Bashkir literature and local lore at the National Library by Akhmet-Zaki Validi. The magazines with the publications of his poems and the collections of the poet’s works in Bashkir language make up the exposition of the exhibition.
Faik Mukhametzyanov is the honorable culture activist RB. He worked in the genre of poetry for children during more than 30 years. The author has issued 11 collections of poems for his life, including “Able Boy” (1960), “Treasure” (1969), “The Mirror of Soul” (1972), “Favorite Habit” (1988) and others.
Fair Mukhametzyanov is the veteran of the Great Patriotic War and rewarded with the orders of the Great Patriotic War of the second degree, the Red Star Order and with the medal “For the services in battle”. One of his books is devoted to the victory over fascism, where he praises bravery and feats of Soviet warriors.
