For the last week the average offer price in Ufa secondary housing market wasn’t changed, making up 46,33 thousand rubles for one square meter. Thus, the prices for one-room flats went up by 0,2% and three-room ones – by 0,1%. Two- and multi-room flats cheapened by 0,1 and 0,2% correspondingly.
The cheapest three-room flat in Ufa is sold at 800 thousand rubles for today. It is located in Karl Marx Street and its area is 45 square meters. The most expensive five-room 270-square-meter flat in the center of the city is offered at 46 million rubles.
The most expensive out-of-town cottage, displayed for sale and with the total area 450 square meters is offered at 20 million rubles.
