Five Orthodox Christian missioner’s centers will be opened on the territory of Bashkiria in the nearest future and this decision is reached by the Ufa Eparchy.
The missioner’s centers will be busy with the enlightener activity among population in the towns and regions of the Republic and they will especially closely interact with the schools and public organizations. The employees of such centers have to hold various missions and liturgies, explaining the essence of the Holy Writ to people, they have to counteract to extremism and publish their own newspaper.
It is decided the centers will be opened in the town of Meleuz – the southern mission, in Neftekamsk – the northern mission, in Beloretsk – the eastern mission, in Tuimazy – the western mission and in Ufa – the central mission.
Every mission will serve six nearby regions and the teams, consisting of six-ten people, studying at the special courses by the specialty “missioner’s activity” will work under the missions. The priest, submitting directly to the Archbishop of Ufa and Sterlitamac Nikon, will stand at the head of every mission.
The central mission in Ufa will start working already in February and later the centers will be opened in other towns RB.
