Six young scientists from Bashkiria have become the owners of the grants o the President of Russia

Six young scientists from Bashkiria are included into the list of the winners of the competition for the right to win the grants of the President of Russia: the doctor of sciences from the Institute of biochemistry and genetics RB Julia Vakhitova, doctor of sciences from the Bashkir State University Vadim Zakharov, candidate of sciences from the Institute of organic chemistry RB Vadim Mingaleev, candidates of sciences from the Bashkir State University Sergey Shaulov and Rasul Zinnatullin and candidate of sciences from Ufa State Aviation Technical University Alexander Kishalov, the official site of the Ministry of education and science RF reports.

The competition was announced in November 2010. The main goal of the contest is state backing of young Russian scientists – candidates and doctors of sciences. The Presidential grants are allocated in the course of tow years for financing of the costs for holding fundamental and applied scientific researches in the prior directions of science, technologies and technique. The amount of every grant for doctors of sciences is 1 million rubles and for candidates of sciences – 600 thousand rubles.
