Bashkortostan to train “golden hands” for high-tech productions
The Government RB approved the regulations about state backing and training of high-tech specialists at the state primary and secondary professional education institutions, which introduce innovational educational programs, in 2011. The President RB Rustem Khamitov already signed the corresponding decree.
The press-service of the Government RB reports the regulations determine the procedure and criteria for the contest selection of the state primary and secondary professional education institutions, introducing and using the innovational educational programs in their everyday activity and pretending to state backing. The contest selection of the institutions will be opened for all and the winners are determined by six key indices. The efficiency of the innovational programs is also determined by six key showings and when estimating the quality of specialists’ training and the level of interaction of an education institution with the employers the previous experience of the institution is taken into account by 10 directions.
The beginning of the contest will be announced by the Ministry of education RB in March 2011. At present time 93 primary professional education institutions and 77 secondary professional education institutions function in Republic of Bashkortostan.
