UPPO intends to spend more than 100 million rubles for modernization in 2011

The Ufa instrument-making production association (UPPO) continues deep modernization of its production processes. As the press-service of the enterprise reports, in 2010 the specialists of the plant have performed a series of works on modernization of the navigation-flight centers for the strategic aviation aircrafts. UPPO has mastered and serially produces the units for new types of aircrafts, such as YAK-40, AN-148, TU-204CM and MIG-29CMT. The plant modernizes the robot pilots for the helicopters MI-8 and MI-17 with the use of the digital componentry base. The concern “AVIAPRIBOROSTROENIE” – the holding, which staff the plant is found in – posed the problem before UPPO to reach the make quantity up to two billion rubles in 2011-2013. For the first time in 2010 the plant managed to make its offtake on the level of one billion rubles.

In 2010 UPPO has spent more than 39 million rubles for purchases of new equipment, including the newest machining centers with the numerical program control and the equipment for surface mounting of the printed circuits. In 2011 the plant intends to spend more than 100 million rubles of its own means for modernization and technical rearmament and according to the federal program “Development of the defense-industrial complex of Russian Federation in 2011-2015 and for the period till 2020” the plant will receive more than 1,5 billion rubles from the federal exchequer by 2020. 80 million rubles will be allocated to the plant in 2011.
