“The schools of any level depend upon demography. The number of school-leavers will be increased by 2020 but before that we won’t sit and wait when the demand in any higher education comes back. For instance, our institutes issue about 4,5 thousand teachers every year and but we really need just one thousand” – the Minister said – “I have to the ideas how to find the way out of this situation and I’d like to share these ideas with you. Higher education has to be integrated with industry, science and economics. The isolation was to no avail. Now we reap its fruits. The federal law N83 is aimed at the education institutions have to train really demanded specialists”.

This opinion was approved by Rustem Khamitov: “People need jobs and everywhere, wh ere we go, they demand – give us workplaces!”.
