The Ufa Institute of Law under the Russian Ministry of internal affairs is included into the list of Russian institutes, involved in the UNO Program “Academic Influence”.
The program “Academic Influence”, initiated by the UNO General Secretary Pan Gee Mun, is aimed at uniting of higher education institutions with the United Nations Organization for active support of ten universally recognized principles in sphere of human rights, literacy, stable development and conflict resolution. At present time the program unites more than 500 institutes in 96 states, including Cambridge University, New York University, Montreal University and others. Russia is presented by 21 institutes in the list, including Saint-Petersburg State University, MGIMO and RUDN and only two institutes in the list are from Bashkortostan – the Bashkir State University and the Institute of Law under the Russian Ministry of internal affairs.
