As before the President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev will sum up the outgoing year on December 24 in the interview to the directors of the leading TV-channels of the country- the First, “Russia” and “NTV”, RIA “NOVOSTI” reported on Monday, December 20, referring to the press-secretary of the President RF Natalie Timakova. The talk with the President will be broadcasted by three TV-channels at one time.
The format of the final summary review by the Russian President appeared in 2008. That time The President was discussing the events in Abkhazia and South Ossetia, the subsequent recognition of these republics, the economic crisis and the amendments to the Russian Constitution with the head of NTV information service Tatiana Mitkova, the deputy General Director of the First Channel Cyril Kleimenov and with the deputy General Director of “Russia” Dmitry Kiselev.
In 2009 the directors of the same TV-channels questioned the President of Russia – Constantine Ernst, Oleg Dobrodeev and Vladimir Kulistikov. The program was issued on December 24 but in contrast to 2008 it was broadcasted live. The same dialogue but in a shorter version was broadcasted the same day in the evening. For one hour and half of the talk the President was questioned on practically all painful problems of Russian everyday life.
