In accordance with the instructions of the President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev the electronic waiting-rooms will be opened in the Bashkir towns of Sterlitamac Salavat, Neftekamsk and Oktyabrsky.

The press-service of the chief federal inspector in RB reports the electronic waiting-rooms are opened in the towns with the population more than 100 thousand people and found too far from the waiting-rooms of the President of Russia in the federal districts and regional administrative centers (100 kilometers and more). The electronic waiting-room represents the subscriber’s station with the remote access through the electronic reading of the document, verifying the personality of the visitor. The subscriber’s station will provide the possibility to transfer a written electronic appeal, either hand-written or typed with the help of keyboard and converted from a paper carrier into electronic format. Besides, the petitioner may appeal to the authorized persons – the employees of the waiting-room – personally in the video-communication mode. The electronic waiting-rooms will be established in the buildings of local self-government bodies.
