The arrival of the aircraft with 210 Bashkir pilgrims on board from Jidda (Saudi Arabia) is expected today, December 2, at 22.15.

Earlier the news agency “Bashinform” received the information about substantial delay of the flight from Saudi Arabia, which according to the words of the pilgrims’ relatives, had to leave Jidda on the night from the 1st to the 2nd of December. The news agency “Bashinform” is trying to find out now why the Muslim pilgrims are coming home from Saudi Arabia more than two weeks after the end of the religious feast Aid-al-Adkha (Kurban-Bayram), celebrated on November 16 in 2010. The communication with the citizens of Bashkiria, found in the airport “Jidda King Abdulaziz International” now is cut off and the phones in Ufa, which can be found on the site of the company – the organizer of the pilgrimage – don’t answer.

According to information of the relatives the pilgrims from this group asked them for welfare several times during these two weeks.
