The average offer price for one square meter in the secondary housing market of Ufa is equal to 43,76 thousand rubles today. For the last week it has grown up by 0,9%.
The prices for one-room flats have become by 1% more expensive, for two-room flats – by 0,3% and for three-room flats – by 0,9%. The segment of the flats with more than three rooms has become by 0,8% more expensive. Since the beginning of the year the prices on all types of flats have risen by 9,3%.
The realty agencies network “The Expert” reports the cheapest three-room 45-square-meter flat, located in Karl Marx Street (the center of the city) is offered at 800 thousand rubles for today. The most expensive flat costs 16 million rubles. It consists of five rooms, the area is 220 square meters and it is found on the October Avenue.
The most expensive 430-square meter cottage near Ufa is offered at 25 million rubles.
