The realty agencies network “The Expert” reports the cheapest three-room flat, located in Karl Marx Street and having 45 square meters of area is offered at 800 thousand rubles now. The most expensive flat costs 16 million rubles. It consists of five rooms with the total area 220 square meters and is found on the October Avenue. The most expensive out-of-town cottage, displayed for sale, is offered at 25 million rubles (the area is 430 square meters).
