Bashkortostan is preparing for the sowing campaign-2011
The harvest works will be fully completed in Bashkortostan from day to day. The deputy Prime-Minister of the Government RB Shamil Vahitov reported about it at the meeting in the Government RB, which was held on November 8 under the chairmanship of the President RB Rustem Khamitov.
“The harvest of the sugar-beet is running on the last hectares” – the Vice-Premier reported – “80 hectares of sugar-beet plantations are still have to be harvested in Chishminsky region RB. The agrarians already started preparations for the next sowing campaign. 254 thousand tons of seeds are reserved under the need for 278 thousand tons. 9,4 thousand tons was exported from other regions. According to our calculations about 17 thousand tons of seeds have to be exported from Omsk and Novosibirsk regions”.
The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov ordered to keep close control over the efficiency of the use of the subsidies, allocated to the agricultural complex as the loss payee during the struggle with the last drought, the press-service of the Government RB reported.
