The project of transport infrastructure development at the cost of 186 billion rubles is worked up in Bashkortostan. The project presumes construction of road interchanges and removal of the transit transport from the city, as the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov reported on October 27 in the course of the discussion concerning the Bashkir capital’s development general layout.
“Every year the traffic in Ufa is becoming more intense and if not the Salavat Ulaev Avenue, the Ufa’s congestions would have been comparable with the Moscow’s ones” – Rustem Khamitov said.
According to the report of the Ufa Mayor Paul Kachkaev the plans for opening of the high-speed tram line along the Blucher Street are also available in the city.
The public affairs service of the President RB reports Rustem Khamitov has set the goal before the head of Ufa administration to cope with the traffic and organize the traffic of the public transport according to a time-table.
